20 years experience in the ‘special courier services’ market – We utilize the entire airline network to gain access to the maximum number of flights routes available, enabling the fastest possible deliveries available in the industry.

A managed solution – DDI account managers work with clients to provide a total managed solution for requirements as they occur, creating a bespoke solution that ensures optimum results.

Valuable back to client’s main standard courier work – Some clients utilize DDI Worldwide as back up to their main standard courier supplier. DDI can handle the more difficult shipments or time-sensitive material.

Weekend hubbing for UK and international deliveries – We can offer weekend collections and still effect deliveries on Monday to many destinations in the UK, Europe and the USA.

Customer Support Services

Collection – Regular collections can be scheduled whenever is convenient for the client

24 hour service – DDI Worldwide offers a 24 hour service, allowing our clients to contact members of the operations team as necessary.

Help with paperwork – We can help with the onerous task of preparing paperwork for client’s shipments. We do nor charge for this – it is part of the DDI service.

Delivery options – DDI Worldwide work hand in hand with the clients, resulting in optimum transit times at realistic financial levels.

Diversity of services – We have developed services that offer later collections and earlier deliveries alongside viable solutions for both standard and special deliveries.

Personal shipment tracking – All shipments are tracked and monitored, advising our clients if any delivery is delayed for whatever reason.

Proof of delivery – Automatic PODs are available on all shipments. PODs for all timed or special deliveries are confirmed to the client within two hours of delivery.

Credit Facilities Clients are billed weekly, unlike traditional methods requiring franking machines.

 

Reduced labour costs No sortation, weighing or franking is needed. Clients are asked to prepare minimal paperwork – a simple manifest is all we need.

 

Project Management Mail Shots and distributions are quoted inclusive of all costs, e.g. database management, label printing/ envelope printing, fulfilment, packing and posting.
